A little about me
I am the founder of Peak Life, a former professional athlete and student athlete, and an Accredited Practising Dietitian. My work sits at the intersection of evidence-based nutrition, athletic performance and the realities of everyday life.
I hold a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics, and Accredited Practising Dietitian status. These qualifications give me a strong scientific foundation, while my own experience in sport keeps my advice practical and grounded.
My journey as an athlete
As a student athlete, I learned that athletes need to fuel effectively to get the most out of both their sport and their training. Balancing study, training, competition, recovery and everyday life is demanding, and nutrition is often expected to fit around everything else.
Experiencing injury also helped me recognise how important individualised support is throughout an athlete's journey. It made clear that the right approach needs to change with training load, recovery, confidence and circumstance.
Over time, I noticed a gap between evidence-based nutrition information and the practical ability to apply that information in real athletic situations. Peak Life grew from wanting to close that gap.
Why Peak Life was created
Peak Life was created to bridge the gap between training hard and fuelling well. Nutrition can support energy and training quality, recovery, performance, consistency, confidence around food, and long-term health and wellbeing.
This is not about extreme diets, unnecessary restriction or quick fixes. It is about practical, personalised and sustainable nutrition support that helps you understand what works for your body, your sport and your life.
- Energy and training quality
- Recovery and readiness
- Performance and consistency
- Confidence around food
- Long-term health and wellbeing
Who I work with
Peak Life supports people who take their training seriously, from junior athletes working toward development and selection to student athletes balancing sport and study, amateur athletes and recreational athletes with performance goals.
I am particularly passionate about supporting junior athletes who want to become the best athletes they can be, both for selection and for their long-term development. I also support athletes navigating injury or changes in training load, and anyone who wants to improve their training, recovery and nutrition.

My approach
My approach is evidence-based, practical, individualised and realistic. Every athlete has different goals, training demands, preferences, routines and circumstances, so nutrition advice should be tailored to the individual rather than presented as a generic plan.
Together, we can work through the details that make the biggest difference to your day-to-day performance and confidence.
- Fuelling before, during and after training
- Recovery nutrition and competition preparation
- Building consistent eating habits
- Managing busy school, university or work schedules
- Supporting performance goals and changing training demands
- Developing a positive relationship with food
